When you book an appointment or submit a fleet inquiry, we collect:
- Name and contact information (phone, email)
- Service address and ZIP code
- Vehicle details (year, make, model, size)
- Package and upgrade selections
- Any notes or concerns you include
- Payment information (processed by Square; we do not store card numbers)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Schedule, confirm, and deliver your detailing service
- Send appointment reminders and service-day updates via SMS, phone, or email
- Collect payment and manage invoices
- Respond to questions or inquiries
3. SMS and Phone Call Consent
We do not share your phone number, SMS opt-in information, or consent records with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used only to communicate with you about your own appointment or inquiry. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share limited data only with:
- Twilio, to deliver SMS and phone calls on our behalf
- Resend, to deliver email confirmations
- Square, to process deposits and final payments
- Google Maps, to geocode your service address for routing
These processors receive only the minimum data needed for their specific task and are contractually obligated to protect it.
5. Data Retention
We retain customer records for as long as you remain an active customer plus applicable recordkeeping periods for tax and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data by emailing us.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption for data in transit and secure hosting infrastructure. Payment card data is handled entirely by Square and never touches our servers.

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion by contacting us at the email below.
